Hindi Teaching Scheme  - Orders

• Mandatory training in Hindi Typewriting/Word Processing for Computer Operators/ Data Entry Operators/Postal Assistants/Telecom Assistants/Tax Assistants etc.
• To impart training in Hindi Typewriting/Word Processing on computers on voluntary basis of all categories of the officers
• Providing  Hindi  Prabodh, Praveen, Pragya and also Hindi  Typewriting and Stenography  text books free of cost to the employees of  PSUs  /Banks/ Autonomous Organisations/Corporations etc.  owned or controlled by the Government of India .
• Extension of time limit for Hindi Training
• Providing Hindi Prabodh, Praveen, Pragya and Hindi Typing and Stenography Text Books 'Free of Cost'  to the employees of owned or controlled by Government of  India.
• Continuance of the Grant of Lump sum Award beyond December, 2005 on passing Hindi Teaching Scmeme Examinations through one's efforts.
• Enhancement of fee for srutiny of the answers books in respect of Hindi Prabodh, Praveen, Pragya, Hundi Typing and stenography Examination regarding
• Incentive admissible on passing examinations under the Hindi Teaching Schemes - Increase in the rates of Cash awards regarding
• Obligatory in-service Training in Hindi for Central Government Officers/ employees who have acquired the knowledge of Hindi upto Matric level from non-Hindi speaking States - regarding
• Allowing trainees to retain text books of Hindi Typewriting/Stenography and other training material
• Organising Hindi workshops for promoting the use of Hindi by the Officers/ employees in the official work.
• Prescribing requirement of possession of knowledge of Hindi during the period of probation- Implementation of the recommendation of the Committee of Parliament on Official Language
• Enhancement of fee for the issue of duplicate certificates.
• Affixing photographs by examinnes on the admission forms for Hindi Typing and Hindi Stenography examinations conducted by Hindi Teaching scheme.
• Grant of Lump sum Award on Passing Hindi Typewriting and Hindi Stenography Examination under the Hindi teaching scheme.
